By accessing and using Talens assessment services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (assessment tests, reports, and content) on Talens for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

4. Assessment Services

Our assessment services are designed to help students discover their potential and strengths. Results are provided for informational purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for assessment services must be made in full before accessing the tests. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Talens or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising from the use of our services.
